Reviews & Ratings: We collect the content of reviews and ratings you submit about referees.
Booking Information: When you submit a booking request, we collect game details including date, time, location, sport, and any notes.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, time spent, and device information through Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Display referee profiles, reviews, and ratings
- Process booking requests and send notifications
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets)
- Improve the Service through usage analytics
- Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal data.

- Other users: Your reviews, ratings, and referee profile information are publicly visible

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Reviews and ratings may be retained even after account deletion to maintain the integrity of referee profiles. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Opt out of analytics tracking

8. Children's Privacy
